    初中阶段的学生有着鲜明的个性,他们正处于青春期的叛逆时期,而且在新时期他们通过网络可获得更多的信息,网络冲击着学生的价值观.因此,在新时代的发展中,新教育理念的倡导下,班主任不仅起着班级管理的重要作用,还发挥着引导学生树立正确的思想观念,培养学生建立良好的自我管理能力、形成健康人格的积极作用.
