班主任能够在琐碎的日常工作中做到游刃有余,那定是一个具有工作艺术的成功的班主任.我在班主任工作中不断探索、总结和实践,逐渐意识到担任班主任不能太"勤快"了.教师的任务不仅是教给学生知识,更要培养学生的能力,让学生在实践中得到锻炼和发展.
