    Abstract：

    新课改对初中数学教学提出了更高的要求,传统的教学模式已经无法适应当前教学发展要求,采用创新性的教学方法成为提高教学质量的关键.激趣增效是培养学生学习能力的重要方法,教师在实际教学过程中要以此为出发点,提升教学质量.鉴于此,文章结合笔者多年工作经验,对初中数学教学中激发学生学习动机的策略分析提出了一些建议,仅供参考.
