    Abstract：

    高考是我国选拔人才的公平方式,在新时代背景下,其更强调在"公平选材"的基础上,实现"多元录取".根据多生的高考改革方案,高考的选考模式将采用"3+3"或者"3+1+2"的方案,无论是哪种改革方案,都需要提升教学质量,稳妥推进高考的综合改革进程.在高考改革的背景下,高中物理教学的质量需要提升上去,并且根据高考改革的要求制定教学计划.本文以高中物理实验教学为例,分析在高考改革视角下应该如何优化物理学习效果.
