    心理健康问题会影响中学生的健康秤重,而我国大多数中学心理健康教育课程中,都沿用以往的教学模式,主要是解决学生身上的消极心理问题、心理疾病.随着积极心理学的崛起,更适合用于中学心理健康教育课程中.本文主要对积极心理学策略在中学心理健康教育课程的运用进行相关探讨.
