    正处于青春期的初中学生,身心正在快速发展,这是学生人格塑造、价值观念形成的关键时期.对这个阶段的学生进行管理,班主任不仅要关注学生的学习成绩,还要关心学生的身心成长状况,将班级管理与德育教育融合起来,使学生获得全方位、整体发展.基于此,本文就初中班主任如何实现班级管理与德育教育的融合进行讨论.
