    叶圣陶先生说过:"教育是什么,往简单方面说,只有一句话,就是养成良好的行为习惯."中职学校与普通高中有着明显的区别,虽然生源的年龄相仿,但教学目的不同,这就决定了中职学校班主任的工作侧重点是培养学生的自理能力和专业技术.基于此,本文主要对中职班主任开展新生工作的策略进行分析研究,希望通过本文的分析研究,给行业内人士以借鉴和启发.
