    Abstract：

    时代在进步,社会在发展,图书馆从各大高校特色配置,变成现在高校的专配,各种各样的高校图书馆应运而生,但是由于建立年代都集中于80年代末,90年代初,当时的互联网并没有普及,很多高校图书馆还是以传统的方式服务于师生,导致图书馆作用的发挥,育人效果,资料库的效果都没有发挥到位.为了弥补这些缺憾,我们在互联网背景下,应该创新服务,突现图书馆的功能,让其作用发挥的淋漓尽致.
