    借助教师的分类别培训渗透主题式管理模式,通过教学实践进行尝试,主题式教学管理模式的逐渐实施,从教师培训到校本实践、教学管理工作等,逐渐构建绿色科学的学生学习生态环境.从而从教学管理角度积极推荐教学生态环境的形成,立足教学生态得到更优秀发展.
