    Abstract：

    小学中低段英语教学注重于学生口语交际能力的发展.口语交际是习得一门语言的基础,是习得一门语言的本质要求.而语言的存在,其本身就是一种交际工具,是人类进行沟通交流的主要方式.话语的发生必然存在一定的情境,生活情境无处不在,语言交际不可或缺,然而在中国,这些情境的主导语言是汉语,这严重阻碍了英语的习得.因此,英语作为外语在中国推行,教师只有充分挖掘设计"境"并结合学生的"情",外语习得的可能性才会增大.
