    Abstract：

    随着教育改革的不断深入,高校体育在人才的综合培养课程中占有的地位越来越重要.目前,各大高校也针对体育教育改革做出了不同程度的贡献,创新了许多行之有效的教学方法.其中,在高校体育教学中开展拓展性训练是对提高高校体育教学效率的重大探索.本文主要研究讨论了在高校体育教学中开展拓展训练的重要意义和实施扩展训练的方法,以期提高高校体育教学的质量,不断为国家的教育改革的发展做出贡献,为国家培养可用人才做出贡献.
