中职生能力本位教育的思考

Abstract：

中职校教育就是为学生提供就业服务的教育,衡量职业学校质量的标志就是其毕业生的岗位竞争能力,其实质就是解决"高分低能"、"重知轻能"的问题,确立"能力为本位"的观念,我们要以就业为导向,通过制订科学实用的教学计划,提高教师的综合素质,改革教学方法等途径,努力拓展能力本位教育,提高学生的岗位竞争能力.
