Abstract：
随着我国城市发展不断加快,市政工程项目的数量逐渐增加,市政项目建设与城市的整体面貌和发展息息相关,这将对施工安全管理工作提出了更高的要求.在具体的市政项目管理,应在保障施工质量的同时,紧紧围绕着安全文明施工这一原则,提升施工人员的安全意识增强管理人员管理水平,许多城市面临着扩展和工程重建、翻修等多种问题,施工方在承担城市建设任务的同时,更是要注意好安全生产工作,本文对市政工程安全文明施工的必要性进行分析,并对安全文明施工管理存在的问题及解决措施加以阐述
