    Abstract：

    随着素质教育和新课程改革的推进,小学数学作为一门基础学科也开始从传统的教学方式转变成分层教学方式,根据学生的不同差异,进行因材施教,注重学生个性的发展,把分层教学的方法贯穿在每一个教学环节中,注重引导学生自主学习,提高学习能力,促进学生全面发展,从而提高教学质量.
