Abstract：
随着近几年来素质教育的不断推进,学生和教师越来越认识到了素质教育在日常教学中的重要性,每个教学科目也由传统的教学方式改变为新的教学方式.分层教学法作为一种差异化教学方式有效地提升了教学效率,在各个教学科目中取得了良好的教学成果.本文就分层教学法在高中体育的教学应用进行研究,在分析分层教学法教学原则的基础上提出了分层教学法的在高中体育的具体应用策略,希望能够对高中体育教学有所帮助.
