    Abstract：

    立德树人是素质课改提出的全新战略思想,即学校在关注基础智育的同时更要重视德育教育,先育人,再教育.尤其是在小学阶段,学生的素质养成在很大程度上决定着其今后的发展.因此,学校要高度重视德育工作开展,并对具体的工作模式进行创新,从而为学生构建优质的成长环境,促进其德智体美实现全面发展.鉴于此,本文主要就围绕小学生开展德育工作的意义,以及具体的实施举措展开合理分析.
