中职学院因学生来源较为广泛,导致学生个体之间差异性较大,进而使其在教学中两极分化较为严重,教师为提高英语课堂教学效果,采用分层教学法促使不同层次的学生在自身学习基础上能够得到提升,强化自身英语能力.
