    作为一所普通的农村初中,进入新时代以来,随着教育教学改革的不断深入,闹枝镇中学在聚焦课堂教学促进教师专业发展实施高效教学的过程中,注重将新的教育理念、教学方法内化为教师的教育认知和教学行为,充分调动广大教师的创造潜能,不断提高教学质量.我主持的学校教研室主要负责组织开展这方面的工作,为此进行了多方面的探索和实践.
