    Abstract：

    当前,随着教育体制的改革,对课程教学的有效性提出了越来越高的要求.语文作为一门基础课程,其教学的有效性将会直接影响到高中生其他学科的学习情况.把课堂教给学生,在课堂的舞台上学生就是演员,教师最多是幕后导演的身份.通过"讨论、激励、竞争"的形式,让学生把学习当做一种舞台的表演,让学生成为课堂的主人,充分体现学生的主体性.从而让语文课堂也沸腾起来.达到真正的高效课堂.
