    Abstract：

    近年来,随着社会的发展,人们逐渐对教育教学越来越重视.学而不思则罔,培养学生的思维能力就是在培养学生的自主学习能力,就是在为学生的终身发展打下坚实的基础.作为学生成长道路上的引路人,初中语文教师应当积极学习,提高自身的文化素养和教学水平,并学会如何根据学生学情制定相应的教学方案,从而激发学生学习的积极性,促使学生主动思考,让学生的思维火花不断闪现.
