Abstract：
作为我国教育体系当中不可或缺的部分,体育教育能够有效强化学生身心.新时期背景下,核心素养教育成为了时代的要求,其要求教育中培养学生终身学习意识和适应社会的技能与能力.体育教育带给学生的影响是一生的,体育教育能够潜移默化中改变学生的孱弱身体素质.正因如此在素质教育背景下体育教育才需要进一步突出自己的核心教育价值,发挥核心素养作用,帮助学生明确发展、成长方向,让学生成为德智体美全方位发展优秀人才.
