Abstract：
初中阶段正好是学生身体和心理发展最快的时期,而如何引导学生在体育健康教育中有所提升,这对于学生今后的发展是非常有帮助的.随着近几年我国新课程改革的不断深入,初中阶段的体育课程也出现了一定的改变,要保证教师在整个体育教学中将健康教育放在关键位置,不断运用正确的体育教学方法来引导学生,促进学生的综合发展.
