在班级管理工作中班主任扮演着决策与管理、组织与协调、教导与服务等多重角色,正因如此班主任必须具有一套符合社会、学生、家庭等需要的角色行为.一个成功的班级管理者其行为首选表现出的特点是细心、耐心和爱心能为学生的健康成长奉献身心.这样首先班主任要不断加强自身修养提高管理能力在学习中进步.
