    随着素质教育的不断实施,学校心理健康教育已受到高度重视,培养学生的积极心理品质,提高其心理素质的发展水平,已成为维护学生心理健康的根本保证,培养学生良好的心理素质,帮助他们提高学习适应能力,学会自我控制、自我调节,开发其心理潜能,进而促进其德智体美等整体素质的提高和个性的和谐发展.
