    "小组合作"学习是一种非常有效的学习方式.这种方式要求我们要扎根学生实际,科学定位每位学生,合理划分学习小组,形成一个异质学习团体,以合作学习小组为基本形式,系统地利用教学中的动态因素之间的互动作用,层层落实,监管到位,形成良性竞争,从而创造性地促进学生自主学习,培养学生综合能力,实现学生全面发展、共同进步.
