    在施工作业班组按照内部关键业务独立核算的方式建立"按绩取酬"的工资总额核算模型.施工作业班组建立团队绩效考核体系,以施工班组创造的利润为工资总额提取依据,通过施工团队作业工程数量、工程取费以及工程类型等进行分类核算班组团队产值并科学核算出团队利润总额.工资总额兑现结合工程施工进度按月核定,实行上有封顶下有保底政策.
