    Abstract：

    为培养学生的自主学习能力,提升小学数学的教学效果,本文对于当下教学中出现的教学目标不明确,教学方法不恰当,学生自主性不强等问题,针对性的提出了相关措施,如采取合适的教学方法,营造轻松的学习氛围,加强与学生的互动交流等,从而使得学生明白自主学习的重要性,加强学生自主学习的能力,促进学生和教学的双向发展.
