    Abstract：

    小学是学生的教育关键阶段,在这个阶段,无论哪个学科,教师都要重视培养学生的核心素养能力,提高学生的综合素养.对于小学阶段的英语学科来说,想要提升学生的核心素养,就要综合学生听说读写各方面能力的发展,尤其是阅读教学.由于阅读教学的困难性与复杂性,许多学生会对英语阅读学习望而却步,导致学生的整体英语能力失衡,这阻碍了学生的核心素养的形成.所以,教师应当重视起英语阅读教学,创新多种有效的教学方式,唤醒学生的阅读兴趣,从而保证阅读教学质量.
