    "双师型"团队的建设不但要注重教师个人的发展,更要重视教师团队的整体需要.本文简要分析了建设"双师型"教师团队的意义,阐述了"双师型"团队建设中存在的问题,重点探讨了创建"双师型"团队的相关对策,希望能够为双师型教师团队的创建提供一定思路.
