    教师的教学行为取决于教师的判断和决策.教师的决策包括计划决策、互动决策和评估决策,这些决策的影响因素不同,主要受情感因素、时间因素、教学法因素以及教师自身的教学经验、文化知识以及教学语境的影响.在教学过程中,教师决策是很重要的环节,它以教师信念为基础,以教师行动为效应,连接教师的认知和行为.
