    Abstract：

    苏轼因为"乌台诗案"而于宋神宗元丰三年,即1080年被贬至湖北黄州,在此地生活了四个年头,而在黄州的四年也是苏轼的人生转折期,同时更是其文学创伤上的第一个高峰期.苏轼被贬黄州后,由于生活的落差为他的内心也带来了变化.初至黄州,他在黄州的鱼美笋香中流连忘返("长江绕郭知鱼美,好竹连山觉笋香"),并暂时忘记自己已为被贬人士的事实,忘却只是一时的,喜极生悲,最终还是要面对现实.下文主要品读苏轼黄州时期的作品,探讨作品所呈现出的精神品格.
