    Abstract：

    在课堂上对学生进行提问,是教师在小学数学教学过程中常用的一种教学形式,有效的问题设置能够使学生对学习产生更加浓厚的兴趣,让学生进行思维的发散,并逐步提升解决问题的能力,学生的提问可以更好地反馈到教师那里,让教师可以不断地完善自己的教学方式,逐步提高教学水平.那么在素质教育的不断推进下,怎样才能在小学数学课堂中进行有效的提问,真正落实以问促学.笔者就个人见解提出以下几点具体方案,希望可以为小学数学教师提供帮助.
