    Abstract：

    随着社会的发展,我国的中职教育的发展也突飞猛进.体育教学是中职院校教学课堂中重要的组成部分,不仅能够强健学生的体质,还可以促进中职学生身心的全面发展.在新时代的教学理念引导下,中职院校的体育教学也在不断的寻求创新,用这样的方式以求能够提高学生的创造力、思维能力等综合素质能力.拓展训练是由西方国家引入国内的一种教育方式,通过拓展训练的方式能够丰富体育教学内容,培养学生的综合素质以及健全的人格.
