Abstract：

初中阶段是学生人生观、世界观、价值观形成的重要时期,因此,对初中生进行有效管理是极为重要的.而人本理念是一种先进的管理理念,在初中班级管理中可以发挥重要作用.教师将该理念应用于班级管理中能够有效地提高学生的自主性、自觉性及自律性,也能提高学生的创新能力和发展能力,健全学生的人格,增强班级的凝聚力.
