    "人文教育"思想的提出推动了教育工作者理念的转变,他们越来越重视学生在学习中的体验和感受,并且开始采用各种有效的教学策略来对学生的学习兴趣进行培养,旨在引导其将兴趣转化为动力,更加积极地参与到各种学习和探究活动中,进而推动他们文化素养和综合能力的同步发展.对此,本文笔者结合初中生物教学工作,详细分析了在授课过程中激发学生兴趣、提高教学成效的具体措施.
