    Abstract：

    中等职业学校的学生数学基础知识和基本技能掌握都比较差,在初中学习数学的过程中得不到老师的重视,学生对数学学习的态度消极、认知水平低,从而不能正确地掌握思考问题的方法,思维存在障碍,数学学习存在困难,不少学生产生厌学心理.中职数学教师应立足实际,构建和谐数学课堂,提升学生对数学的热爱和积极性,让学生愉快地进入数学课堂,喜欢数学课,从而提高学习实效,提高教学质量.
