"问题学生"的转化工作是教师教育教学中复杂、艰辛而长期的一项工作,通过爱心激励法、信任激励法、尊重激励法、帮助激励法、赏识激励法和评价激励法对"问题学生" 进行转化,使"问题学生"及早脱离"学困"的行列,以适应新一轮课程的改革,全面素质都得到提高.
