    如何让每一名小学生都热爱上数学这门学科,并且能够学好数学,这门学科是困扰着每一名小学数学教师的难题.本文认为,首先需要打好数学运算的基础,而这就需要养成良好的运算习惯,同时也需要培育学生的运算兴趣与技巧;其次需要丰富现有的课堂教学手段,可以采取启发引导和研讨学习两种教学方法.
