    Abstract：

    英语的听说能力是沟通最为常用的技能,应当放在首要位置发展.但就目前全国高中生英语的现状来说,教师和学生更加重视应试能力,听力成为大多数高中生的短板.笔者运用有意义学习理论,分析了当前高中听力教学现状,并提出了一套可操作的训练方法.
