    Abstract：

    随着我国教育体制的不断革新,培养学生的综合素质能力和创新能力已经成为了新时代的教学要求.在当今的社会环境下,创新型人才有很大的优势,不仅能为企业提供新奇的创意,同时还具有创业能力,所以学校在教学过程中也要注意对学生创造性思维的培养.初中数学与小学数学相比,需要学生具备较为清晰的思维逻辑和创新能力,能够在学习的过程中做到举一反三,但是传统的数学教学模式会使学生形成思维定势,将解题思路固定在一个范围内.所以这就要求教师在授课过程中改变传统的教学模式,培养学生的创新性思维.
