    中国的体育已经走过了百年的历史,从最初的体育人才及技能的严重缺乏,到今天我们国家在国际体育项目中成为体育强国,无不体现了国家在体育教育方面的重视.在随着新时期教育改革的浪潮下,高中体育教育也走到了前台,如何更加完善的增加高中体育教学的高效性,就是我们今天所要讨论的话题,即新时期高中体育教师教学改革的对策.
