    Abstract：

    陶行知先生是我国现代教育史上一位伟大的人民教育家.在批判杜威"教育即生活"的基础上,陶行知提出"生活即教育","社会即学校","教学做合一"主张,形成"生活教育"教育思想体系."教学做合一"是陶行知先生的主要教育理论.本文结合了陶行知教育思想中的"教学做合一"这一教育理论,具体阐述了行知先生的教育思想在农村学校管理中应用.
