    当今人才市场竞争日趋激烈.为适应与时俱进的市场化需求,中职院校的英语教学也应注入现代化的内容,以培养社会需求型人才为目标和主线.本文从中职院校英语课堂教学的现状出发,结合中职院校英语课堂的教学特点以及当代社会所需英语人才类型,探讨相应的创新策略和英语课堂高效发展的机制.
