    在我国现阶段中,对于教育的改革力度是非常大的在现阶段,国家政策影响下国家对于职业教育的扶持力度也是非常大的,国家鼓励和支持职业教育的发展,并有一些相相关的鼓励政策,鼓励"就业为主,生产为主",讲究对于教学的专一性培养.因此,如何对高职院校的学生进行教育和管理就成为一个重要层面.
