    随着教育信息化2.0时代的到来,教育信息化在体育与健康课程中也尤其重要.微课作为教育信息化的一个重要载体,在体育与健康课程中学习者可以在课前、课中、课后充分的利用微课来进行学习.教学者可以在备课、上课、说课等环节充分的利用微课来辅助开展教育教学工作.
