    Abstract：

    作为班主任在教育学生的过程中,由于惯性思维,我们常常习惯于以学生一贯的行为表现为标准来评价一个学生的优劣,我们不自觉地会戴上有色眼镜来审视班内所谓的"问题学生".本案例主要讲述了由于一次对学生的误解,改变了我,让我懂得尊重每一个学生,要一视同仁地对待每一个学生,相信每个学生都是优秀的.
