    每个班级中都不同程度地存在着后进生,能否转化后进生直接影响着良好班风和学风的形成.在转化后进生时,必须找到和挖掘他们身上的闪光点,从思想上引导,从生活上关心,从学习上帮助,只有这样,才能架起沟通师生感情的桥梁,唤醒后进生的激情,点燃他们学习的兴趣.
