    Abstract：

    在目前的初中数学课堂教学中,小组合作学习教学模式得到了广泛的运用,特别是随着新课改的进行,小组合作学习有效提升了课堂教学的效率,消除了学生之间的差异性,提高了学生的自主学习能力,培养了学生的数学素养.在实际教学的应用中,教师需要科学分组,结合分层教学,组织小组之间的讨论,建立多元化评价,以使小组合作学习在初中数学课堂教学中起到提高教学质量的作用,帮助学生建立良好的数学学习能力.
