Abstract：
石油化工设备的运行工作效率在很大程度上是由石油化工设备的安装质量决定的,在影响石油化工的运行的众多因素中,管道的安装质量与事故发生率有极大的关系.因为石油管道工艺复杂而且工序繁多,其内部输送的大多数物质,都具有易燃性,且部分物质存在毒性,如果在操作过程中稍有不慎,就会引发严重的泄漏和爆炸事故,造成严重的经济损失.目前,管道安装环节在整个石油化工工程中有着不可或缺的地位,管道安装环节不仅仅担负着物料输送的重要工作,还要保证各部分设备正常的运行.
