    Abstract：

    新课标不同于传统的教学模式,更强调以人为本,注重学生个人能力的培养.而对于小学语文的教学而言,教师不应该像以前一样只关注课程的教学,应该结合时代,结合现代化科技,灵活应用教学技术,达到全方位培养学生的目的.课前预习能力的培养就是一项非常重要的工作,语文素养的培养要从小学抓起.
